Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription (autoship) orders are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee.
However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Cancellation Policy

While we will do our best to stop your order before it is dispatched, we cannot guarantee cancellation once it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

You do not need to return the item — we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy.
Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
